We know that the quality of the food and drink delegates receive can be the difference between a good event and a great event. That's why we have a designed a menu that offers a variety of options from some of Manchester's best loved delicatessens and restaurants. We can offer packages that include hot and cold working lunches and we can also provide a first class private dining experience for up to 40 people.

We can offer a variety of lunch options; from delicious working lunch buffets to super healthy salad boxes.

Our sandwich platters offer a selection of deep filled granary rolls, ciabatta or other specialty bread.
Includes crisp bowls, pots of olives, homemade hummus and other deli items. Or, why not try our premium option; a Hot Italian Buffet from Gusto Manchester.

We can also provide a selection of homemade cakes or a fresh fruit platter for dessert.

All menus can be altered to suit customers need and we cater for gluten-free, vegetarian, halal. kosher and vegan customers if required.

We also work with one of Manchester’s most popular Italian Restaurants, Gusto, and can offer an Italian buffet or an exclusive sit down private dining experience for up to 40 people in our Boardroom. The above rates are based on a minimum of 12 delegates in our Connect & Tony Wilson Rooms and a minimum of 20 in the Boardroom. We can also offer discounted room rates for several City Centre Hotels.
